About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Advisor German Speaker to join our team in Lisbon Portugal. In this role you will assist customers with product inquiries provide technical troubleshooting and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction across various communication platforms including phone email chat and social media.
Responsibilities
- Support customers in presales inquiries general questions and technical troubleshooting.
- Respond to inbound communications through phone email chat and social media channels.
- Adapt the companys brand voice and tone when interacting with private and public audiences.
- Accurately document customer issues and resolutions for followup and future case reference.
- Professionally handle customer escalations and provide effective solutions.
Requirements
- Language Skills:
- Nativelevel German proficiency.
- Advanced English skills (B2 level or higher).
- Experience:
- Previous experience in technical customer service (voice email or chat) is preferred.
- Background in technical troubleshooting is an advantage.
- Key Competencies:
- Excellent problemsolving skills.
- Strong oral and written communication.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced solutiondriven environment.
Working Conditions
- Schedule:
- Shifts: 5 days/week (rotational) 8 hours/day (40 hours total).
- Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM.
- Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM.
- Location: Onsite at Oriente Lisbon (with potential for remote work based on performance and company policy).
Compensation and Benefits
Total Monthly Package: Approx. 1280.31 (Gross)
- Base Salary: 1100 (paid over 14 months).
- Performance Bonus: 120/year (10/month).
- Complexity Bonus: 135/year (11.25/month).
- Meal Allowance: 7.23/day net through a prepaid meal card (159/month for 22 working days).
Other Benefits:
- Health Insurance: Provided after completing 6 months of employment.
- Relocation Package:
- Flight Ticket Reimbursement after 6 months.
- Option to rent a room in companyprovided fully furnished apartments for 280/month (deducted from salary).
- Holiday and Christmas Bonuses: Paid monthly as part of the base salary.
Training Details
- Duration: 20 working days.
- Content: Comprehensive training covering product knowledge troubleshooting systems communication methods and customer management tools.
- Compensation: Proportional payment provided during training.
Contract Details
- Employment Type: FixedTerm Contract (6 months) with the possibility of extension to permanent (based on performance).
- Trial Period: 3 months.
