About the Role
Are you fluent in German and passionate about delivering excellent customer service This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team in Porto Portugal combining the flexibility of remote work with inoffice collaboration.
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be the first point of contact for customers providing solutions and ensuring a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in German through phone email and chat.
- Assist with product information order processing and issue resolution.
- Provide outstanding customer support while meeting performance targets.
- Collaborate with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of company products services and policies.
What Youll Need
- Fluency in German (native or nearnative level) and proficiency in English.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related role is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a hybrid work environment.
- Residency in or willingness to relocate to Porto Portugal.
- Availability to work shifts including occasional weekends or holidays.
