Job Title: Retention Team Leader English Desk
Location: Albania
Working Hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
Eligibility: Local candidates only
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Retention Team Leader for our English Desk. The successful candidate will manage a team focused on customer retention strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of retention specialists to achieve retention goals.
- Develop and implement retention strategies tailored to the Englishspeaking market.
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with marketing sales and customer service teams.
- Conduct regular training and performance evaluations for team members.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer retention team leadership or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
