The role involves reviewing uploading indexing and managing employee records while ensuring accuracy and compliance. This position requires strong administrative analytical and organizational skills to meet project goals effectively.

Administrative skills in organization compliance and record management.
Proficiency in data analysis reporting and process modeling.
Strong editing proofreading and communication abilities.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with OPMs electronic official personnel folder system.
Expertise in quality assurance processes.
Soft Skills:
Advanced knowledge of Excel including graphs charts and formulas.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in personnel matters.
Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
