Responsibilities
Source and engage toptier talent by leveraging various recruiting channels including social media career fairs and oncampus recruitment events.
Host inhouse career days for students and recent graduates by department or field of expertise.
Attend college career fairs interact with students and promote our employer brand.
Contact university career counselors and provide informative materials about our internship programs.
Build and maintain good relationships with universities and other educational institutions.
Requirements
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Development Field Sales Communications or a related field.
Previous experience (6 Months 3 Years) in recruitment preferably in campus recruitment or earlycareer hiring.
Ability to engage with students and build relationships at all levels of an organization.
Creative problem solver with a strong ability to think strategically.
Travel to campuses for events and interviews may be required.
