What does the job involve

Take ownership of a dedicated portfolio of sellers becoming their goto partner for success.

Drive revenue growth by upselling solutions such as: our Shipping our Pay and our Marketplace.

Provide timely and highquality responses to seller inquiries ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Lead biweekly webinars to engage and educate sellers.
Requirements

5 years proven experience as an Account Manager or Sales Manager for high value customers.

Familiarity with working with a CRM (Intercom salesforce etc).

Excellent communication skills (written and spoken in English and French).

Strong knowledge of working with Excel PowerPoint and Word.

Data driven and able to manipulate and translate data to guide decisionmaking.

You thrive in a dynamic fastpaced environment preferably with experience in a startup.
