Remote (US Time Zones: PST CST EST)
Salary Range:
up to 3300 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday flexible hours (aligned with US time zones)

Position Overview:

As an Account Executive you will play a crucial role in expanding client base within the Pharmaceutical and Biotech sectors. This position focuses on prospecting outreach and client acquisition (new logos). Youll leverage various channels including social media email campaigns and inbound marketing to generate leads and close sales. The role offers autonomy flexibility and opportunities for growth in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Prospecting and Outreach: Identify and engage potential clients using social media email campaigns and inbound marketing leads.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Conduct product demos and manage the entire sales process for assigned accounts.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to consistently meet and exceed quotas.
  • CRM Utilization: Use Salesforce and other tools to track and report sales activities.
  • Contract Negotiation: Manage pricing discussions and finalize agreements to maximize profitability.
  • Conference Representation: Represent at industry conferences (approximately 25% travel required).


Qualifications:

  • Proven B2B sales experience (35 years) ideally in SaaS Pharma or Life Sciences.
  • Strong client acquisition skills with a hunter mentality and a track record of success.
  • Consistent achievement or surpassing of sales targets.
  • Excellent selfmanagement skills thriving in a remote fastpaced environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Availability to work in US time zones.
  • Knowledge of healthcare pharmaceutical sales or life sciences is essential.
  • Quick adaptability and ability to learn on the go with minimal onboarding.


NicetoHaves:

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Experience working in a global remotefirst organization.
