• Hands on experience on monitoring tool like SiteScope APM/BPM UIM

• Hands on experience on Event Management module.

• Experience on scripting using Vugen for APM/BPM monitoring tool.

• Should have configuration experience in SiteScope and alerts and reports configuration must and should.

• Application Integration and event mapping

• Should have very good experience on API integration to integrate different types of applications.

• Hands on experience in creating event rules alert rules flow designers and event field mapping. also should have experience in creating update sets and release process experience.

• Upgrade and patching activity experience.

• Handling incidents requests tickets.

• Collaborate with customer stakeholders and ensure that technical components of engagement get delivered as per business needs and expectations.

• Employees positive thinking and can work constructively in team development.

• Comfortable working in a fastpaced Agile Scrum Development Environment

• Understands how to apply technology to improve the operational effectiveness or efficiency of specific IT functions or applications related to businesscritical tasks.

• Alarm and Event Management by SiteScope wherein comprehensive knowledge of infrastructure management

• Managing the workload of the Monitoring team to ensure that all tickets are resolved within the specified time frame.

• Monitor Scripting script Versioning Implementing synthetic monitoring on Availability Performance matrix for application.

• Setup critical transaction event/alert of application Configure Monitoring Settings (Alerts Threshold etc.)

• Must have an interest in exploring and learning new technologies and skills in Infrastructure Management and Automation domain.
