Familiarity with IT operations management ITOM toolsets preferably ServiceNow Experience in ITOM Service Asset Configuration Management.
Good years experience as a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer with JavaScript Practical experience in ITOM service management functions and processes CMDB Service Mapping and Taxonomy.
Design configure develop and test on the ServiceNow platform including but not limited to the CMS Service Request
