Job Description
Role: ServiceNow Developer
Experience: 4 to 6 Years
Location: Any DC location of Infosys
Work Mode: Hybrid
Client: Infosys
Roles and Responsibilities:
Experience to multiple ServiceNow implementations and diverse projects.
Deeper understanding of the ServiceNow platform including its various modules (ITSM ITOM CMDB CSDM etc.) functionalities and underlying architecture.
Deep knowledge of ServiceNows ITSM and ITOM modules including Change Management Incident Management Problem Management and Configuration Management
Proficient in configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications to meet specific business needs.
Proficiency in automating tasks and workflows within ServiceNow using tools like Flow Designer Workflow Editor and scripting
Adhere to ServiceNow best practices and coding standards ensuring solutions are scalable maintainable and performant
Experience in automating the change management process within ServiceNow integrating it with CI/CD pipelines
Develop complex solutions and integrations with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript AngularJS) web technologies (HTML CSS) and APIs.
Knowledge of the latest ServiceNow features releases and best practices.
Knowledge with ServiceNow tables fields and relationships for development and validation
Define and implement data models workflows and integrations to support business processes.
Integrate with other IT systems such as ITSM CMDB and ERP to enable seamless data flow and automation.
Develop and maintain APIs and web services to support integrations
Development patterns and can apply them to develop efficient and scalable solutions
Familiarity with ServiceNows builtin test management capabilities.
Knowledge of ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework) to create and execute automated tests.
Eexperience in testing changes deployed via update set
Familiarity with testing tools like ATF Selenium or other test automation frameworks
Certifications like:
ServiceNow System Administrator
ServiceNow Application Developer
ServiceNow Implementation Specialist
