We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Java Developer who is proficient in Core Java Spring Hibernate/myBatis Maven Continuous Integration (CI) tools like Jenkins or TeamCity and version control systems such as Git. The ideal candidate will take on a leadership role within our development team driving technical excellence and ensuring the successful delivery of highquality software solutions. You will be responsible for overseeing the software development lifecycle leading a team of developers and making critical architectural decisions that impact the overall product. This position requires a deep understanding of Java technologies and frameworks as well as the ability to mentor and guide junior developers. The successful candidate will work closely with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements design solutions and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. As a Lead Java Developer you will also be involved in implementing best practices in software engineering maintaining documentation and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of Java developers to deliver highquality software solutions.
- Design and architect scalable and maintainable applications using Core Java Spring and Hibernate/myBatis.
- Oversee the software development lifecycle ensuring best practices in coding testing and deployment are followed.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and technical specifications.
- Implement Continuous Integration processes using Jenkins or TeamCity to streamline build and deployment cycles.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance and software bugs.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Lead Java Developer or similar role with a strong background in Java Spring and Hibernate/myBatis.
- Indepth knowledge of build tools such as Maven and CI tools like Jenkins or TeamCity.
- Strong familiarity with version control systems particularly Git.
- Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
