Workday Developer
This is an open role in the insurance industry for our client. The selected candidate will work on configuring and maintaining Workday integrations ensuring seamless data flow between internal systems and external vendors. This role requires strong technical expertise in Workday tools and technologies along with excellent problemsolving skills to troubleshoot and enhance existing integrations.
What is in it for you:
Salaried: $67 to $72 per hour.
Incorporated Business Rate: $79 to $85 per hour.
10month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
Fulltime position: 40 hours per week.
Weekday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm.
Hybrid work: 3 office days from Tuesday to Thursday.

Responsibilities:
Support Workday HCM maintenance and improvement efforts.
Develop Workday integrations using Studio EIB Core Connectors RaaS Reports BIRT Webservice Extend and Payroll integrations (PECI PICOF).
Create and refine Workday business processes and validation rules.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Workday integration issues.
Analyze highly complex business requirements and generate technical specifications for software components and applications.
Act as a technical expert contributing to modeling simulation and analysis efforts.
Leverage industry best practices to design test implement and support Workday solutions.
Ensure quality security and compliance requirements are met.
Adapt to evolving work environments and adjust priorities as needed.
What you will need to succeed:
Bachelors degree in computer science computer engineering or a related technical field.
Workday certification preferred.
5 years of experience configuring Workday integrations including Studio EIB Core Connectors RaaS Reports BIRT Webservice Extend and Payroll integrations (PECI PICOF).
5 years of experience with HR systems including Workday and/or ADP Global View and familiarity with SaaS applications like Compass and Salesforce.
Proven ability to build Workday integrations between internal systems and external vendors.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge of Workday Extend and payroll systems is an asset.
Experience gathering requirements and collaborating with business teams to define technical needs is a plus.
