Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Drive teamlevel outcomes and lead highimpact initiatives ensuring successful execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Independently lead and contribute to key business goals demonstrating a strong understanding of how team efforts connect to broader company objectives.
- Influence and collaborate across multiple teams and crossfunctional stakeholders extending beyond direct organizational boundaries.
- Take ownership of largescale complex projects working closely with engineers product teams and other stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
- Remove obstacles and provide strategic guidance to enable team success while fostering a highperformance engineering culture.
- Lead projects with ambiguous requirements define clear milestones manage execution and ensure ontime delivery with high quality.
- Drive platform capabilities taking endtoend responsibility for engineering best practices solutions quality deployment and support.
- Champion continuous improvement in engineering practices ensuring highquality standards and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Lead technical discussions across the organization driving decisionmaking and ensuring businessdriven outcomes.
- Take ownership of incident response and resolution leading investigations root cause analysis and implementing preventive improvements across teams.
- Act as a Product Owner when required balancing architectural roadmaps product management priorities and service improvements.
- Mentor and coach engineers fostering a knowledgesharing culture and creating growth opportunities for team members.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related technical field.
- 8 years of experience in software design development and cloudbased systems with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience leading the successful delivery of a commercial cloud product.
- Expertise in incident response management including root cause analysis and implementing preventative measures.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to drive technical discussions and present complex ideas effectively.
- Deep understanding of business drivers and the ability to articulate technical solutions in a business context.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor develop and inspire technical talent within the organization.
- Excellent handson experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies SDLC processes and software development tools.
- Handson experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
- Strong experience in API development (REST GraphQL gRPC).
- Knowledge of additional programming languages like Go or TypeScript is a plus.
- Deep expertise in objectoriented design patterns and scalable software architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins.
- Strong background in cloud database design principles and scalable cloud architectures.
