As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for fostering relationships with clients and stakeholders negotiating contracts and leading projects that align with our business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients through research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client needs are met.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
- Utilize company software for tracking sales activities managing customer relationships and reporting on progress.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare presentations and proposals for potential clients showcasing our services and value proposition.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and business development preferably within the staffing industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of an organization.
- Selfmotivated and proactive able to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
- Exceptional problemsolving skills with the ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions.
- Proven track record of success in sales or account management preferably within the staffing industry.
- Strong customer relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficient in negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
