Job Description
We are hiring a Branch Manager for a leading bank offering a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead branch operations and drive business growth. The role involves managing a highperforming team and focusing on Retail Liabilities products including CASA Insurance Gold Loans Fixed Deposits and NRI Accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
- Achieve branch sales targets for all retail liability products.
- Identify and leverage local business opportunities to enhance market share.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Promptly address customer queries and concerns for seamless service.
3. Team Management:
- Lead mentor and manage a team of Relationship Officers and support staff.
- Ensure the team achieves both individual and collective targets.
4. Branch Operations:
- Oversee daytoday branch operations ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
- Maintain operational efficiency and minimize errors.
5. CrossSelling:
- Promote and crosssell bank products such as insurance gold loans and NRI accounts.
6. Market Insights:
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to develop strategies for sustained growth.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Minimum graduation is mandatory.
- Experience:
- 7 years in Branch Banking or Retail Liabilities.
- 3 years of team management experience.
- Age Limit: Maximum 40 years.
Key Skills:
- Proven expertise in sales and business development within the banking sector.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Indepth knowledge of banking products like CASA insurance FD and NRI accounts.
