Customer Support Seller Partner
Location:Kochi Infopark
Working Days :5 Days (Rotational week off)
Salary: per month
Qualification : Higher Secondary Pass
Requirement : Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Joining Date: Immediate openings for December 16th or January 3rd
Responsibilities:
- Address seller inquiries via inbound and outbound calls providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Handle email and chat communication for nonvoice support tasks.
- Maintain a professional and customerfocused approach while resolving issues.
- Accurately log all interactions solutions and updates in the internal systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex concerns.
- Follow established processes and guidelines to uphold seller satisfaction.
Requirements
- Basic computer proficiency including typing and familiarity with CRM or similar tools.
- Problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Customerfocused mindset with attention to detail.
- Immediate availability to join on the specified dates.
