Job Description
RecruitNet International Ltd specialises in Healthcare recruitment for Domestic and Overseas candidates for Hospitals Nursing Homes Home care and Community care.

We are hiring a Basic Grade Medical Scientist Biochemistry for a leading Hospital in Dublin Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in writing maintaining and enforcing procedures relating to all areas of the laboratory and its related testing equipment.
- Perform scientific work to the required JCI Accreditation Standards as determined by the Chief Medical Scientist and the Laboratory Manager.
- Achieve compliance with INAB Accreditation standards and the E.U. Directive on Blood/Blood Products if working in an INAB accredited laboratory discipline.
- Participate as required in the training of the laboratory team.
- Be a professional punctual and dedicated member of the laboratory team promoting good open communication.
Requirements
- Possess membership or be eligible for membership of the Academy of Medical Laboratory Science (AMLS) or equivalent.
- Registration with CORU
- Minimum of 1 year in service training across all disciplines.
- Experience in Biochemistry essential.
- Post qualification experience desirable.
- Have partaken in emergency oncall rotas.
