The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing complex financial data creating insightful reports and developing compelling visualizations using BI tools and Excel. This role requires a detailoriented professional with excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into meaningful information for stakeholders. Extensive project and priority management skills are required to ensure projects timelines and other assigned items for the Senior Financial Consultant are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Data Analysis
- Collect analyze and interpret large sets of financial data.
- Identify trends patterns and anomalies in financial performance.
- Develop financial models to forecast future performance.
- Data Visualization
- Create interactive dashboards and visual reports using BI tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau).
- Present data in a clear and concise manner to support decisionmaking processes.
- Continuously improve visualization techniques to enhance data comprehension.
- Reporting and Presentation
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for the Consultant and other executives.
- Summarize key findings and recommendations in an accessible format.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all reporting materials.

Requirements
Qualifications
- Education
- Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration Data Science or a related field.
- Experience
- Minimum of 35 years of experience in financial analysis or business analysis roles.
- Proven experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
- Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables macros and complex formulas.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and a capability to effectively display financial information visually
- Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI Tableau or similar.
- Familiarity with data modeling and financial forecasting.

- Professional certifications such as CFA CPA or CBAP.
- Experience working directly with Clevel executives.
- Knowledge of SQL or other database querying languages.
