Job Description
- Analyze business processes identify areas for improvement and propose datadriven solutions.
- Conduct detailed requirements analysis and document processes to enhance business efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders technical teams and leadership to define project goals and priorities.
- Stay updated with IT advancements to automate and modernize business processes.
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions align with business needs.
- Develop reports and datadriven insights using tools like Power BI and Google Analytics.
- Create visual process models and diagrams using Lucidchart or similar tools.
- Facilitate meetings stakeholder discussions and present findings to key decisionmakers.
- Work with project management tools like JIRA ClickUp Asana and Trello to track progress and ensure timely project completion.
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams using Figma to enhance user experience in business applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Information Systems or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills to interpret business needs.
- Experience in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
- Handson experience with Google Analytics for data insights.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools like Lucidchart for visualizing workflows.
- Excellent documentation skills with experience in creating detailed reports and presentations.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders effectively.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with project management tools like JIRA ClickUp Asana and Trello.
- Strong organizational planning and time management skills.
