Job Title: Senior FP&A Analyst
Location: Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range: up to 5000 USD (based on experience)
Work Schedule: Monday Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:
The Senior FP&A Analyst will work with multiple clients as a fractional financial planning and analysis (FP&A) specialist. This role requires a sharp analytical mindset and a proactive approach to financial forecasting reporting and customer analysis. The ideal candidate is highly coachable detailoriented and thrives in an independent work setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain annual budgets for multiple clients.
- Conduct monthly budget vs. actual reporting to track financial performance.
- Perform net revenue retention and customer cohort analysis specifically for B2B SaaS businesses.
- Work closely with clients to provide insights and recommendations based on financial data.
- Utilize Google Workspace for financial reporting and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (strong communication skills required).
- 3 years of FP&A experience ideally in a clientfacing role.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets Docs etc.).
NicetoHave Skills:
- Experience working with B2B SaaS companies.
- Background in financial modeling and data visualization tools.
