Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters in Graphic Design Interaction Design HCI or a related field.
- UX/UI certifications (Google UX Nielsen Norman Group UX Design Institute) are a plus.
- 5 years of experience in UI/UX design preferably in SaaS tech or digital agencies.
- Proven experience in designing highimpact user experiences for web and mobile.
- Expertise in UI/UX design tools: Figma Adobe XD Sketch.
- Strong wireframing and prototyping skills (Balsamiq InVision Axure etc.).
- Deep understanding of UCD IxD and HCI principles.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) for collaboration with developers.
- Experience in accessibility (WCAG 2.1) responsive design and mobilefirst development.
- Strong problemsolving strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to mentor and lead junior designers fostering innovation and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Lead UX research including user interviews surveys and usability testing to identify pain points and needs.
- Develop user personas journey maps and interaction models for better user understanding.
- Ensure accessibility and inclusivity (WCAG 2.1) in all designs.
- Design visually compelling and conversionoptimized UIs for web and mobile.
- Create wireframes prototypes and interactive mockups using Figma Adobe XD or Sketch.
- Maintain design systems and UI component libraries for scalability.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixelperfect UI implementation.
- Mentor junior designers and foster design excellence.
- Work with Product Managers Engineers and Marketing teams to align design with business goals.
- Conduct A/B testing heatmap analysis and UX audits to optimize engagement and conversions.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback analytics and industry trends.
- Stay updated on UI/UX trends and emerging technologies.
- Work at company premises or client locations as needed.
