Job Description
Data Analysis and Reporting
Work with the finance team to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective Power BI dashboards and reports.
Design and develop interactive visualizations that provide actionable insights for financial performance and business metrics.
Analyze large datasets from multiple sources to identify trends patterns and correlations.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency by implementing best practices in data cleaning and preparation.
Dashboard Development and Maintenance:
Build update and maintain Power BI dashboards tailored to the needs of the finance team.
Automate reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
Ensure dashboards are userfriendly visually appealing and aligned with business objectives.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a liaison between the finance team and technical teams to ensure seamless data integration and reporting.
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and enhance reporting requirements based on business needs.
Provide training and support to finance team members on using Power BI tools and reports effectively.
Requirements
Proficiency in Power BI.
Familiarity with data sources such as SQL databases Excel and ERP systems.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Bachelor s degree in Finance Data Analytics Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
