Job Summary:
The Business Head will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth profitability strategic business collaborations and customer satisfaction. This leadership position requires expertise in strategic planning operational excellence and team management. The successful candidate will align the organizations operations with its vision ensuring sustainable growth and longterm success.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Management:
- Develop and communicate quarterly sales strategies to the team by the 10th of the preceding month.
- Conduct biweekly reviews of sales targets and implement recovery plans where needed.
- Prepare and submit monthly sales performance reports to the Pakistan Director by the 5th of each month.
- Identify and establish at least two new revenue channels monthly.
- Analyze competitor pricing quarterly to maintain market competitiveness.
Revenue Growth:
- Achieve a 10% quarterly revenue increase or meet budgeted targets whichever is higher.
- Collaborate with the planning team to introduce at least one new product line or course per quarter.
Operational Improvements:
- Conduct biweekly reviews of sales and marketing team operations and submit system improvement plans by the 15th of each month.
- Implement advanced technological tools on a monthly basis to enhance operational efficiency.
Team Management:
- Host weekly interdepartmental meetings to enhance collaboration and drive revenue growth.
- Assign monthly revenue and lead generation targets to Sales and Marketing VPs by the 25th of the preceding month.
- Conduct performance reviews and recovery plan meetings every 10 days.
Business Collaborations:
- Work with the marketing team to create business collaboration materials.
- Maintain and finalize a quarterly event calendar for business collaborations by the 10th of the preceding month.
- Establish at least one new business collaboration per month and achieve a quarterly target of nine brand ambassadors.
Budget Management and Cost Reduction:
- Evaluate monthly budget requirements for the Sales and Marketing departments identifying costsaving opportunities.
- Submit sales and marketing forecast reports to HR by the 15th of each month.
- Propose costeffective operational improvements to the COO by the 10th of each month.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Establish a customer feedback mechanism to address concerns and identify improvement areas.
- Ensure all customer queries are resolved within an 8hour turnaround time (TAT).
- Maintain a quarterly customer satisfaction rate of 80% addressing concerns with actionable plans by the 3rd of each month.
Profitability:
- Meet or exceed profit margin commitments outlined in the quarterly budget.
- Maintain a minimum profit margin of 35% for live courses or achieve budgeted profit targets.
Required Qualifications:
- 58 years including 34 years in senior management roles in relevant field.
- MBA (Master of Business Administration) in Marketing or Management.
- Strong leadership strategic planning and operational management skills.
- Excellent communication analytical and decisionmaking abilities.
