Role Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at UF Agency the individual will play a vital role in driving the company s growth by identifying and creating new business opportunities. Their primary responsibility will be to engage with prospective clients qualify leads and initiate the sales process. They will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams leveraging industry knowledge and communication skills to build meaningful relationships with potential clients in the forex CFD and financial services sectors.
- Proactively research and identify potential clients within the forex CFD and financial services industries including brokers trading platforms and related service providers.
- Utilize email LinkedIn cold calling and other tools to engage potential clients introduce UF Agencys marketing services and uncover their needs.
- Conduct initial conversations to understand prospective clients marketing challenges goals and requirements assessing their fit for UF Agency s offerings.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to refine outreach strategies share client insights and stay updated on market trends and industry developments.
- Ensure all client and prospect interactions are documented accurately in the CRM system including details of conversations next steps and followup actions.
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs including lead generation calls made meetings scheduled and other relevant metrics.
Requirements
- A bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- 12 years of experience in sales business development or lead generation ideally in financial services or marketing.
- Knowledge of digital marketing including SEO PPC email marketing or social media will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent written and spoken English for global communication.
- Understanding of the forex CFD or financial services sector.
- Ability to build rapport and convey value propositions clearly.
- Experience using CRM tools like HubSpot or Monday.com and other prospecting tools.
- Skilled in multitasking prioritising and maintaining attention to detail.
