Were seeking a hungry coachable customercentric Growth Account Manager (Multifamily Sales) to join the team. In this role youll proactively assess key national and regional accounts and help identify and address barriers to growth. As a key member of our sales team you will be a touchpoint for Luxer One and our top clients.

Responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring bestinclass CSAT and NPS Scores for identified national accounts
- Rapidly responding to clients at both the property and regional / corporate level
- Conducting healthchecks and coordinating with CS team / Carrier Relations to solve issues
- Driving system and service expansions to grow customer portfolio
- Gaining insights through proactive outreach to existing customers for feedback & testimonials
- Developing longterm relationships to promote growth for customers
- Identifying opportunities for automation and selfservice
- Forecasting and tracking of key account metrics including the preparation of various reports
Requirements
Required skills:
- Fast learner selfstarter ability to complete administrative tasks with minimal supervision
- Solutionsorientation with a strong bias for Action picking up the phone to resolve issues and drive business forward while striving to maintain a high level of trust and confidence on the part of the customer
- Highly motivated to live the Core Values of Luxer One
- Extremely organized with keen attention to detail
- Great computer skills; a fast and flexible learner who can utilize a variety of software tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to identify customer opportunities and expand accounts and upsell new products and features
- Confident and wellspoken with a courteous phone presence
- Strong listening and responding skills
- Dependable with an eagerness to learn
Preferred experience:
- Customer service industry: 12 months with a proven track record of delivering results
- Contact Center experience preferred
- Multifamily industry experience a definite plus
