We are currently in search of a Global Director of Human Resources for our client IMS Trading LLC Cleanlogic in the Norristown market!
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Human Resources (HRD) for our small CPG assembly facility with fewer than 100 employees. This hybrid role involves aligning HR practices with business objectives promoting employee engagement and managing the process for BCorp and SMETA certification from concept through to full adoption and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals focusing on talent management employee engagement and organizational growth.
BCorp and SMETA Certification
Lead the entire project management of BCorp and SMETA certification processes ensuring successful implementation documentation and adherence to compliance requirements.
Talent Management & Acquisition
Oversee recruitment efforts succession planning and talent development programs. Collaborate with department leaders to ensure effective staffing and create a pipeline of talent for critical roles.
Employee Relations
Promote a positive and inclusive company culture act as a trusted advisor for employees and leadership and manage employee relations issues including conflict resolution and investigations.
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure compliance with employment laws and industry regulations including EEOC ADA FMLA and others. Manage all HR policies and regularly update them as necessary.
Compensation & Benefits
Manage compensation structures benefit programs and performancebased rewards. Partner with Finance for payroll and benefits administration.
Performance Management
Lead performance management initiatives including performance appraisals and goal setting to ensure productivity and retention.
Training & Development
Design and implement training programs that foster employee development leadership growth and compliance.
Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DEI)
Implement and promote DEI initiatives to ensure a diverse equitable and inclusive workplace that aligns with the companys core values.
HR Metrics & Analytics
Develop and track HR metrics providing insights to the leadership team to drive informed business decisions.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in human resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 810 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years leading BCorp and/or SMETA certification projects.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws regulations and best practices.
- Experience in HR leadership in a missiondriven or certified company is preferred.
- Exceptional communication leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment with some onsite presence required.
Preferred:
- SHRMSCP or SPHR certification.
- Experience managing HR operations in a CPG or manufacturing environment.
