Job Description

Who are we looking for

We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer with prior expertise in

designing and developing highperformance backend systems on Cloud.

This role would be responsible for building backend capabilities for our

app and accelerate our growth initiatives.

You re a great fit if you:

Have 7 years of handson experience in programming with Go

Node.js or Python

Possess strong understanding of Realtime Systems Redis

Websockets EventDriven Architectures

Have expertise in databases such as MySQL Firestore Realtime

Database

Are proficient in cloud platforms like GCP and experience with CI/CD

tools

Have experience with monitoring tools and performance

optimization

Have the passion for mentoring and grooming engineers

Curious about learning new tools discovering innovations setting

up new processes to make us better

Requirements

Bonus points if you:

Have experience in financial markets particularly trading and

options or a willingness to dive deep into this space.

Have a proven track record of thriving in fastpaced earlystage

startup environments where autonomy and selfmanagement are

key.

Have worked closely with founders or senior leadership to influence

business decisions
