Job Title: QA Lead

Job Brief : We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Quality Analyst/Software Tester to join our dynamic product team. If you are passionate about ensuring seamless user experiences system analysis and debugging software issues this role is for you.
As a Quality Analyst/Software Tester you will lead quality assurance ac vi es to ensure our software solutions meet the highest standards. This includes developing test plans performing exploratory testing and conducting functional and regression testing. You will collaborate closely with engineering product management and support teams to deliver robust usercentric products.
Key Objectives:
Conduct thorough software testing analyze results write test cases and provide actionable insights to developers.
Ensure software functionality across various opera ng systems browsers and devices mee ng user needs and standards.
Test for security vulnerability es and suggest enhancements to improve product solutions.
Communicate testing results to stakeholders and identify areas for improvement. Roles and Responsibilities
Collaborate with project developers business analysts and customer support teams to align software solutions with user expectations.
Develop and execute comprehensive test cases based on consumer requirements.
Perform root cause analysis on identified defects and mi gate potential project risks.
Conduct exploratory usability and performance testing to identify bugs before release.
Ensure all features function as designed and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing methodologies.
Develop and maintain standard opera ng procedures (SOPs) for software testing if necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Development or related fields.
6 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance roles.
Proven ability to test software on multiple platforms with a strong understanding of industry standard tools and procedures.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java Python or C.
Expertise in writing unit and integra on tests.
Relevant certifications like CSTE ISTQB Agile Tester or CAST.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Indepth knowledge of computer architecture and testing tools for manual and automated testing.
Handson experience with test automation tools such as Selenium Appium or Robot Framework.
Strong analytical troubleshooting and programming capabilities.
Experience managing the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
