Job Description
- Planning and execution interpret and implement quality assurance standards data collection management and analysis customer service orientation Daily customer complaints analysis and process implementation.
- Responsible for Quality Control for Fresh Produce received at Distribution Centres based on given standards & specifications.
- To ensure 100% compliance to quality requirements at Distribution Centres Set up operate and maintain the documentation of recurring quality issues.
- Daily customer complaint & return analysis Monitoring work of Quality team at Distribution Centres Dark Stores FIFO/Hub return Management/Internal QC/ Excess Inventory reporting and Cut.
- Veg Facility hygiene & Process Implementation.
- Tracking vendor performance in terms of delivering quality of produce.
- Benchmark the quality from a competitive store & market.
