Job Description
Ready for an exciting NEW adventure
We are offering a new position at our NORQAIN HQ in Nidau (Biel/Bienne) from March 1st 2025 or by agreement
Tasks
Your mission:
- General logistics work (recording orders booking incoming goods organising the dispatch of goods)
- Customer service support (recording repairs preparing cost estimates and invoices)
- Assistance with the organisation of the administration department
- Polyvalent work
- Master Data Management in the ERP system
Requirements
Your skills:
- Qualification as a commercial employee or equivalent training
- Several years of professional career advising ideally in a similar position
- Very good knowledge of German French and English
- Solutionorientated independent and very precise way of working
- Able to work under pressure and maintain an overview even in hectic situations
- Great and flexible commitment
- Team player
You are passionate about the watchmaking world a reliable and wellorganized person who actively approaches others and enjoys working in a dynamic team.
