Job Description
Ready for an exciting NEW adventure
We are offering a new position at our NORQAIN HQ in Nidau (Biel/Bienne) from March 1st 2025 or by agreement
Tasks
Your mission:
- Aesthetic and dimensional inspection of watch components (external parts and movements) on receipt or at suppliers premises
- Final aesthetic and functional inspection of assembled watches
- Drafting of nonconformity reports
- Followup of corrective actions
- Application of control protocols and specifications
- Diagnosis of watches returned from the market
Requirements
Your skills:
- Several years experience in watchmaking quality control (external part and watch)
- A good understanding and command of the usual measuring instruments and control devices
- Knowledge of reading technical drawings and MS Office tools
- Very good knowledge of French. Knowledge of English and/or German is a plus
- Rigorous organised and a good team player
- An outgoing dynamic personality with initiative and flexibility
- Willingness to work in a fastgrowing company with a builder mindset
- Identification with the NORQAINER mindset (adventure outdoor sports young & dynamic)
