Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate all production activities on board the cruise ship including but not limited to shows events and activities.
Develop and implement production schedules ensuring timely and efficient execution of all productions.
Oversee the hiring training and supervision of production staff and crew members.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and seamless execution of all productions.
Monitor and maintain production budgets ensuring costeffective solutions.
Conduct regular inspections of production equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures at all times.
Keep uptodate with industry trends and advancements and implement new techniques and technologies to enhance productions.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Theater Performing Arts or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management preferably in the entertainment industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing and executing multiple productions simultaneously.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Willingness to work irregular hours and travel as required.
