Job Description: Senior Strategy Consulting Analyst
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detailoriented Senior Strategy Consulting Analyst to join our consulting team. In this role you will play a critical role in delivering highimpact consulting projects conducting indepth research and analysis and developing actionable recommendations for clients across diverse industries. As a Senior Analyst you will work closely with project managers and senior consultants taking ownership of specific workstreams while mentoring junior team members and contributing to the success of client engagements.
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to evaluate market trends competitive positioning and clientspecific challenges.
- Develop advanced financial models performance metrics and operational dashboards to support strategic decisionmaking.
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into clear actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and design tailored solutions to address business challenges.
- Assist in preparing and delivering presentations reports and implementation plans to communicate findings effectively.
- Support the development of actionable strategies and ensure alignment with client goals.
- Take ownership of specific workstreams within consulting engagements managing tasks and timelines effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of project components.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities within workstreams proposing solutions to ensure project success.
- Guide and mentor junior analysts providing feedback and support to enhance their professional growth.
- Contribute to a collaborative and highperforming team culture.
- Support the development of proposals and marketing materials for prospective client engagements.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and business opportunities.
- Contribute to thought leadership initiatives including white papers and case studies.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Finance Engineering or a related field (required).
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred but not required.
- 4 6 years of experience in strategy consulting management consulting or related fields.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver impactful client solutions and manage workstreams across industries.
- Advanced analytical and problemsolving skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
- Strong understanding of business strategy financial modeling and operational improvement techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Highly organized and detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Proficiency in research tools and databases (e.g. Bloomberg FactSet) is a plus.
- Proactive and resultsoriented with a strong commitment to excellence.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Adaptable and capable of thriving in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
