Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties (scheduling data entry client communication)
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks (accounts payable/receivable bank reconciliation)
- Support financial record maintenance and basic payroll activities
- Collaborate with the team on improving administrative and bookkeeping processes
- Learn and adapt to new software and accounting procedures as required
- Other tasks assigned as needed
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Basic bookkeeping knowledge or experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
