JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Business Development Sales Lead or Head of Sales or Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and strengthen client relationships in our IT project delivery consulting organisation. The Sales Lead will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities nurturing existing accounts and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. This role requires a combination of strategic planning business acumen and leadership skills to align sales activities with organisational goals.

Working directly with Maintain CEO
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
(traditional responsibilities which require modernizing for this unique approach to source demand)
1. Business Development:
Identify and target potential clients in key industries such as IT services consulting and digital transformation.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities through networking market research and strategic partnerships.
2. Client Relationship Management:
Establish demand for strong relationships for Maintain CEO to engage with key decisionmakers ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives.
Act as a trusted advisor to Maintain CEO to engage with clients offering insights and solutions tailored to their challenges in IT project delivery.
Lead Maintain CEO advise for client engagement from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals.
This section is where I would like to see what the talent market has can I find someone to run in parallel with me and be the manager of key accounts.
3. Solution Selling:
Collaborate with technical teams to develop Project Delivery and Application Support capability that meet client requirements.
Present and articulate the value of the organisation s services including project delivery implementation and support capabilities.
Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and competitors to refine sales strategies.
4. Leadership and Collaboration:
Work directly with the Maintain CEO to ensure the Maintain Senior Leadership team is collaborating across the value chain.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales team members fostering a highperforming team culture.
Partner with delivery teams (Sales Marketing Operations Recruitment) to ensure smooth transitions from sales to project execution.
Actively contribute to marketing campaigns and thought leadership initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
5. Reporting and Performance Monitoring:
Track and report on sales metrics pipeline performance and revenue forecasts.
Lead the development and optimisation of systems process and tools.
Ensure compliance with sales policies processes and ethical standards.
Identify areas for improvement in sales strategy and operational efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor s degree in Business IT or a related field; MBA preferred.
Proven experience (5 years) in sales or business development within IT consulting project delivery or related industries.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of IT project delivery consulting services and industryspecific challenges.
KEY SKILLS:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
Proficiency ein CRM tools and sales pipelin management.
Strategic thinking with a clientcentric approach.
Problemsolving and negotiation skills to overcome objections and close deals effectively.
Leadership experience with a proven track record of team collaboration and mentorship.
