We are currently seeking a friendly and organised Front Desk Receptionist to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of service.
The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our clients and guests. You will play a crucial role in providing a warm welcome overseeing administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer phone calls take messages and direct calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Manage scheduling and maintain calendars for meetings and appointments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Perform general administrative duties including filing data entry and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist with client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and work well under pressure.
