- Assist the Night Manager/Night Supervisor with the night audit process.
- Guest registration and departure.
- Maintaining accurate guest accounts and provide accurate and helpful information
- Attend to all incoming calls in a professional and polite manner; and
- Take phone booking for reservations.
- Maintaining strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety.
- Assist with any overnight housekeeping requests.
- We offer competitive pay with a favorable night time overtime allowance.
- You will work from 10.30PM till 07.00AM.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Front Office and OPERA cloud will be advantageous training will be provides to suitable candidate.
- Full Drivers License for valet parking.
- Great people and communication skills.
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in dealing with challenging situations ability to remain calm under pressure and excellent problem solving capability.
