- Deliver a high standard of guest experience to the hotels overnight operation ensuring safety and security of the property
- Embrace technology using our PMS system Opera Cloud
- Carrying out reception duties and leading by example and providing four star service.
- Collaborate with the Night Manager to cross check and balance work completed during the day for all outlets maintaining guest accounts
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in Front Office or hotel outlet
- Computer literate with particularly strong knowledge of MS Excel
- Projects professional image at all times through personal presentation / interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of the responsibilities of other areas within the Finance Department preferred
