Job Description
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelors degree with 12 years experience in the same capacity in IT SaaS or Software Industry.
- Good understanding of lead generation account management crossselling and upselling techniques.
- Selfmotivated resultdriven and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Lead Generation Team to nurture leads from various sources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients understanding their needs.
- Identify opportunities for cross sell and upsell.
- Schedule and conduct product demonstrations with prospective clients showcasing the unique value propositions and features of our SaaS solutions.
- Develop and implement strategies to retain key accounts and prevent churn.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs related to revenue client acquisition and client retention.
- Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities account status and progress towards targets.
