Key Responsibilities:

- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently.
- Provide detailed information about our products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service procedures and satisfaction.
- Keep uptodate with product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively.
Requirements:
- Fluent in French (both written and spoken); proficiency in English or Portuguese is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently whether remotely or onsite.
- Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
