Project Manager/ Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
o Create and manage the project plan and schedule.
o Monitor progress and ensure alignment with the RFP scope.
o Coordinate communication between stakeholders and the development team.
o Address risks and troubleshoot project issues.
o Ensure project documentation is uptodate.
o Develop a comprehensive project plan and timeline.
o Define milestones deliverables and success criteria.
o Allocate tasks among team members based on skill sets.
o Act as the primary point of contact between USEA and the project team.
o Facilitate regular status updates and meetings with stakeholders.
o Provide clear and timely communication of project progress.
o Identify potential project risks and create mitigation plans.
o Monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle.
o Manage the project budget and track expenditures.
o Provide regular financial updates to stakeholders.
o Ensure all deliverables meet USEA's quality standards.
o Conduct final reviews and signoffs.
o Document lessons learned for future projects.
o Ensure the project adheres to policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors or Masters in Business Administration Project Management or related fields.
Experience:
o 5 years of managing complex software implementation or integration projects in non profit or association management systems.
o Proven expertise in budget management stakeholder coordination and risk assessment.
o Experience working with CRM/AMS systems especially in the context of data integration and process automation.
Skills: Leadership risk mitigation and excellent communication with crossfunctional teams.
Certifications: PMP or equivalent.
