Manage the full recruitment lifecycle and develop job descriptions requirements and qualifications for various roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and recommend suitable candidates.
Ensuring compliance with ISO standards. Assist in the preparation and implementation of ISO documentation and procedures.
Identify employee training needs and work with department heads to design relevant programs.
Organize inhouse and external training sessions workshops and seminars.
Track training effectiveness and employee development progress.
Plan implement and manage CSR initiatives aligned with the company’s mission and values.
Monitor and report on the impact of CSR activities.
Manage the induction process for new hires ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
During orientation sessions provide an overview of company policies culture and benefits.
Ensure new employees are introduced to key teams and systems.
Collect feedback on the induction process and improve as necessary.
Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases.
Support the HR team with various daytoday HR operations as required.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
