Job Responsibilities What do you have to do
- Achieving sales targets.
- Training the sales team.
- Handling a team of 100 ground sales members.
- Ensure sales target is getting achieved every month.
- Ensure number of meetings number of visits are done on daily basis.
- Ensure no fake visits are happening.
- Ensure attendance is 100%.
- Ensure visits should start at 10 AM in the morning.
- Ensure attrition (agents leaving the company) doesn t go above 10% at monthly level.
- Drive discipline within the team.
- Understand the customer data and create strategies to achieve targets.

- Graduation or Diploma in any field.

- Product demo & CRM software knowledge

- Should be disciplined
NOTE :
- This role is completely workfromoffice 6days a week (MonSat) in Sector66 Gurugram Haryana.
- You might have to visit the field occasionally if required.
- You must be open to stretch beyond working hours and work on holidays in order to fulfill daily weekly and monthly targets.
