We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales cum Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales managing customer relationships and providing onsite service support. This role combines field sales activities with technical service responsibilities ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to business growth. Roles and Responsibilities:
Sales Responsibilities:
- Identify approach and engage potential customers through field visits cold calling and networking.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve product and service offerings.
- Generate and maintain sales reports activity logs and pipeline status updates.
Service Responsibilities:
- Perform installation maintenance and servicing of products at customer locations.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues ensuring minimal downtime for the customer.
- Educate customers on the proper use handling and upkeep of the equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and provide postsales support to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the technical team to address complex service requirements.
- Maintain accurate service records including details of issues resolved and followup actions.
Requirements
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor s degree in specify field e.g. Engineering Business Administration etc..
- Experience: 13 years in field sales technical support or a similar role (industryspecific experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of product/industry domain.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers.
- Technical aptitude and problemsolving skills for resolving onsite issues.
- Proficiency in using MS Office tools and CRM software.
- Valid driver s license and willingness to travel extensively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
