Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Tamil Nadu and Kerala focusing on the maintenance and repair segment of welding consumables. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management welding consumables and maintenance services. This role requires managing a team of Sales Engineers driving business growth building client relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead guide and motivate a team of Sales Engineers to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the maintenance and repair market of welding consumables across Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the welding and industrial maintenance sectors.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region ensuring the growth of the customer base.
- Sales Reporting: Monitor sales performance prepare regular reports and present performance data to senior management.
- Product Knowledge: Keep abreast of industry trends competitor products and customer needs to ensure our products and services remain competitive.
- Technical Support: Provide technical guidance to the Sales Engineers and customers regarding welding consumables and repair solutions.
- Customer Support: Coordinate with the customer service and technical teams to ensure timely delivery installation and support for welding consumables.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in sales forecasting and budget management for the region ensuring resources are optimized for maximum return.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 57 years in the welding consumables industry (maintenance/repair ranges of consumables).
- Leadership: Proven experience in managing a team of sales engineers or similar professionals.
- Industry Knowledge: Indepth understanding of welding consumables maintenance and repair services.

Preferred Qualifications:
