Job Description

Position Title: ERP Business Analyst (US Citizens Only)
Location: Remote


We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather analyze and document requirements for ERP system implementation upgrades and customizations.
  • Develop business process models and use cases to guide the system design and configurations.
  • Analyze and map business processes to identify areas for improvement or automation through the ERP system.
  • Work closely with functional teams (e.g. finance HR manufacturing supply chain) to ensure system requirements align with business needs.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the development team or vendor.
  • Provide support in the testing phase including UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure the solution meets business needs and technical standards.
  • Provide training and support to end users to ensure successful ERP system adoption.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ERP functionality.
  • Maintain system documentation including process workflows user guides and configuration details.
  • Stay current on ERP software updates enhancements and industry trends.
  • Support system integrations with other enterprise applications (CRM BI tools etc.).
  • Manage system upgrades patches and ensure ERP data integrity.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology or a related field.
  • Experience in ERP business analysis or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 SAP Oracle etc.).
  • Experience with business process mapping requirement gathering and business analysis techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with system testing and validation (e.g. UAT regression testing).
  • Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
  • ERP system certifications (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics SAP etc.) are a plus.
  • Experience with ERP system integrations and data migration.
  • Project management skills or certifications (e.g. PMP Agile).
  • Experience in industries such as manufacturing retail finance or healthcare.
  • Federal Experience is a plus.
  • Required Security clearance.

Position Title: Project Coordinator (US Citizens Only)
Location: Remote


We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:

Responsibilities:
  • Assist Project Managers in planning organizing and executing projects from start to finish ensuring projects are completed on time within scope and within budget.
  • Coordinate project schedules resources and activities ensuring all team members are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation including status reports meeting minutes action items and project plans.
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders ensuring effective communication and facilitating collaboration across teams.
  • Track and report on project progress assisting with the identification of risks issues and dependencies and helping to implement corrective actions.
  • Support the coordination of project meetings including scheduling preparing agendas and documenting meeting notes and action items.
  • Assist in managing project budgets by tracking expenditures reviewing invoices and ensuring that the project stays within financial limits.
  • Ensure project documentation is kept up to date including project timelines scope and deliverables.
  • Monitor and follow up on the completion of tasks and deliverables ensuring deadlines are met and dependencies are resolved.
  • Support project teams by handling administrative tasks such as resource scheduling procurement coordination and tracking project milestones.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new project team members ensuring they are properly briefed on project goals schedules and roles.
  • Help organize and coordinate project events such as client meetings product demos or internal workshops.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that necessary resources and materials are available to meet project requirements.
  • Provide regular updates on project status to the Project Manager and key stakeholders ensuring transparency and communication.
  • Assist with risk management activities by tracking issues and supporting efforts to resolve project challenges.
  • Help ensure that project activities adhere to organizational policies standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management Communications or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar administrative role supporting project management activities in a fastpaced environment.
  • Experience in project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall or Hybrid) and a willingness to learn new processes.
  • Experience with project management software and collaboration tools (e.g. Microsoft Project Jira Trello Asana or similar platforms).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with team members stakeholders and vendors in a professional manner.
  • Ability to work well under pressure managing competing demands and adjusting to changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to track and document project milestones and deliverables.
  • A proactive solutionsoriented approach to problemsolving and issue resolution.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Basic understanding of budgeting and resource management practices.
  • Experience in scheduling coordinating meetings and handling logistics for teams and stakeholders.
  • Federal Experience is a plus.
  • Required Security clearance.
