Job Description:

Provide technical support to BNSF MEO crews on the Line of Road in a customer facing role.

Provide locomotive analysis and predictive reliability data to division leadership to improve customers intermodal service performance.

Strong Focus on execution and delivery with ability to make recommendations and mitigate risks.

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and key contacts within other divisions to ensure efficient resolutions on large scale issues.

Willing to work day or night shifts 12 hr shifts on a 2 step schedule.
