We are looking for a talented and dedicated technical person with a strong focus on Customer Service to help transform a growing software business catering to retail sales. With an excellent reputation and growing customer base the business is now in a position to add technical people to help with support the businesses with customer interactions.
We are looking for someone to support the everchanging need of their customers these requirements can be anything from support drivers printers internet issues and numerous more. You will be the first point of contact for the customer and will deal with 70% of the queries. You will also work closely with systems administration Engineering and Management team in troubleshooting any further issues. You will get the opportunity to engage with third party partners and vendors looking for resolutions to the issues that arise.
