Job Description: Dutch Sales & Marketing Agent (Dutch English)
Location: Berlin
Salary and benefits: 2750 EUR base 300 EUR language bonus up to 625 performance bonus
Schedule: MondayFriday 09:0018:00 OnSite
Are you passionate about sales marketing and digital advertising Join our partners dynamic BPO team in Berlin as a Dutch Sales & Marketing Agent where youll help businesses optimize their social media marketing strategies while growing their careers in a vibrant multicultural environment.
What Youll Do
- Act as a trusted digital marketing advisor for businesses providing expert guidance on social media advertising strategies.
- Analyze and evaluate social media advertisement performance to maximize campaign success.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to discuss advertising goals budgets and campaign performance.
- Collaborate with clients to tailor sales funnel strategies and implement effective marketing solutions.
- Proactively identify trends and recommend innovative strategies to improve ad performance.
- Work toward Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including successful calls implementation quotas and campaign outcomes.
What Were Looking For
- Language Proficiency: Dutch (C1) and English (B2) are essential.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales or marketing.
- Skills: Strong communication analytical mindset and a passion for digital marketing.
- Commitment: Full attendance during the 4week training (2 weeks training 2 weeks nesting).
Training and Development
- Comprehensive paid training (MondayFriday 09:0017:30).
- Learn from experienced colleagues through regular shadowing sessions.
- Complete the Meta Blueprint Certification in digital marketing to sharpen your skills.
- Pretraining preparation resources provided for a head start.
