Your mission
Are you ready to drive the international expansion of a fastgrowing B2B SaaS scaleup As our Head of Marketing youll lead the charge in scaling our presence across Europe spearheading highimpact performance marketing strategies and building a worldclass marketing team to drive our growth from 1M to 10M ARR.
- You will develop and execute a strategic marketing plan to drive international growth across multiple European markets scaling ARR from 1M to 10M.
- With your expertise in performance marketing you will drive measurable growth through advanced PaidSearch (Google) and PaidSocial (LinkedIn) strategies with a focus on multifunnel campaigns.
- Scale up your team: Recruit lead and mentor a highperforming marketing team scaling from the current structure to a robust team of 10 professionals.
- Expand the companys marketing presence from 2 channels to 56 including paid social native ads and communitybuilding initiatives while enhancing event and content marketing strategies.
- Execute efficiently using tools like HubSpot Salesforce and AIdriven solutions demonstrating a willingness to roll up your sleeves and work collaboratively.
- Collaborate with Sales Product and Leadership teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and growth targets.
Your profile
- Proven Marketing Leadership: Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing with at least 3 years in a leadership role ideally in a fastgrowing B2B SaaS environment.
- Performance Marketing Expertise: Deep knowledge of PaidSearch (Google) PaidSocial (LinkedIn) and multifunnel strategies with a focus on measurable growth.
- International Expansion Experience: Successfully scaled marketing efforts across multiple European markets driving significant ARR growth.
- Team Building Skills: Demonstrated ability to recruit manage and mentor highperforming teams scaling from the ground up.
- TechSavvy & HandsOn: Proficiency in HubSpot Salesforce and AI tools with a willingness to be handson while leading strategically.
